Serving life
[Translation from Khmer] If you have killed hundreds of enemies [in the war], you will be called a war hero. But if you can protect your people (every civilian people), even one or two! You will be called a great leader because you are not only a warrior but a rescuer. (People will remember you and love you! They call you a savior of their lives)

An aspiring leader is not superior to leading a war against the enemy, at the same time, leaders are life-saving, and developing, developing their country; and also promoting their nationality to be a great nation-honest, fair, solidarity, hard work, respect, love, prosperity, tolerance, and great relationships, etc.

[Original Text in Khmer] ប្រសិនបើអ្នក បានសម្លាប់ខ្មាំងសត្រូវរាប់រយនាក់ [ក្នុងសង្រ្គាម] នោះអ្នកនឹងត្រូវហៅថា​ជាវីរៈជនសង្រ្គាម។

ប៉ុន្តែ បើអ្នកអាចការពារជីវិតមនុស្ស(ប្រជាជនស៊ីវិលជាតិសាសន៍របស់អ្នក) ទោះបី១ឬ២នាក់ក៏ដោយ! នោះអ្នក នឹងត្រូវបានហៅថាជា អ្នកដឹកនាំដ៏អស្ចារ្យ ពីព្រោះអ្នកមិនត្រឹមតែជាអ្នកចម្បាំងដ៏ខ្លាហានទេ តែជា អ្នកជួយសង្រ្គោះជីវិតមនុស្សទៀតផង។ (ប្រជានជននឹងចងចាំអំពីអ្នក គោរពស្រលាញ់អ្នក! អាចពួកគេហៅអ្នកថាជាព្រះសង្រ្គោះជីវិតរបស់គេ។)

អ្នកដឹកនាំជាតិសាន៍សមួយ មិនមែនពូកែខាងតែការដឹកនាំធ្វើសង្រ្គាមប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងជាមួយសត្រូវនោះទេ - គឺក្នុងពេលជាមួយគ្នា អ្នកដឹកនាំគឺជាអ្នកសង្រ្គោះជីវិត ស្តាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រទេស និងលើកជនជាតិរបស់ខ្លួនអោយក្លាយជា ជាតិសាសន៍ដ៏ពូកែ - មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ យុត្តិធម៌ សាមគ្គីភាព ខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង គោរពស្រឡាញ់ រុងរឿង ចេះអធ្យាស្រ័យអត់អោន​ និងទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ពូកែ ។ល។ ៕
